Basic falafel

Ingredients
516 grams of chickpeas1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp kosher salt1/4 tsp cumin1 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp mustard powder130 grams water62 grams garlicItalian (flatleaf) parsley, 1/2 cup
Directions
Put all dry ingredients in food processor. Pulse until rough consistency, slowly add water and lemon juice and blend until smooth. Piece out into fifty #70 melon ball units. Five of these little babies equals a serving. You will probably be unable to taste much of the cayenne.

Bake from frozen at 375 for up to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Deepfry from frozen for 3-5 minutes.

Panfry from frozen for 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
