Spinach Salad w/o dressing

Ingredients
10 oz Fresh Baby Spinach8 oz pkg mushrooms6 hard boiled eggs1 lb of bacon (low sodium)
Directions
Boil eggs and then refrigerate. Cook back and cut into to small pieces using knife or meat shears. Wash spinach and mushrooms. After eggs and bacon have cool. Peel and slice hard boiled eggs. In a large bowl with lid combine spinach, mushrooms, bacon, and eggs.

Dressing has a separate recipe.
