Ingredients
550g potato (boiled, peeled and cut into small cubes).1 tbsp olive oil (extra virgin).1 chicken stock cube mixed with 1/2 cup water.
Directions
Fry potatos in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Add stock.

Cook 15 minutes, flipping occasionally until skin forms.

Makes 4 hash browns
