Diana's Perfect Tuna Salad

Ingredients
4 cans (4.5 oz) Starkist Selects Solid Lt Tuna in H2O2 cans (4.5 oz) Starkist Selects Very Low Na Chunk White Albacore in H2O.8 X-Lg Eggland's Best Boiled eggs 8 Claussen Dill Pickle Spears2 Med Celery Stalks1 Bell Pepper2 Table Spoon Helmans Canola Mayo6-8 Tablespoons Claussen Dill Pickle JuiceBlack Pepper (fresh cracked) to taste
Directions
Rinse tuna under tap water and place in lg mixing bowl.
Coarsely chop pickles, eggs, bell pepper, celery.
Add Mayo, pickle juice- to moisten.
Pepper to taste.

Divide evenly into 1 cup disposable Ziploc containers for lunch on the go or a healthy evening snack.

Stuff a whole tomato, serve on top of salad, or serve on Light Rye Wasa 100% whole grain crisp bread (cracker).
