4 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast1/4 tsp each rosemary and basila few dashes black pepper1/2 tsp sesame seed
Spray baking dish with EEVO non stick spray.
Place chicken in dish. Sprinkle with herbs. Broil 5 minutes on each side, then reduce heat to 350 - bake about 10 - 15 minutes until no longer pink inside.
