Sausage Fry Up

Ingredients
8 oz. Jimmy Dean light breakfast sausage1/2 head cabbage, chopped1/2 onion, chopped2 cooking apples, choppedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Spray large skillet with no-stick spray. Crumble and brown sausage Add chopped onion, cabbage and apple. Cover and reduce heat. Cook @ 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve for dinner with fruit or carrot salad. Good with corn muffin, too.
