Fresh Grilled Tuna with Spring Greens Salad

1 4 oz. tuna fillet (marinade to follow)1 cob of grilled or roasted corn, cut off of cob after cooling1 bag Spring Greens pre-mixed salad1 carrot, shredded2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese2 Tbsp. Chianti Red Wine VinaigretteMarinade for tuna:2 T olive oil1/2 lemon seeded1 tsp garlic, minced1tsp ground sea salt1tsp fresh ground black or white pepperDredge fillet in olive oil then spread garlic on each side followed by salt, pepper and juice from lemon. Let marinade for 2-4 hours.Place greens in large bowl and top with corn, carrots, tuna and cheese.Dress with favorite low cal./low fat dressing. I'm using Chianti Red Wine Vinaigrette (Naturally Fresh brand)
Grill tuna on indoor/outdoor grill until flaky.
