Stirfried Pork Steak with vegetables & Udon noodles

Ingredients
55gms Udon Noodles100gms Pork Steak, all fat trimmed off1 cup Broccoli1/3 carrot, chopped1/3 medium onion, sliced1/2 cup green beansspray of olive oil20gms LSA
Directions
Add a spray of olive oil into the pan.
Add sliced pork pieces, sliced onion and brown.
Add a little soya and chilli sauces (about 1 tbsp of each).
Add all other vegetables, cover and simmer until al dente.
Add Udon noodles and let steam through.

Serve after adding LSA to the top.

Serving Size: makes a dessert bowl full
