Leftover Happiness Soup

Ingredients
4 Cups unsalted beef broth (use whatever you like and have on hand)5 oz spinach, frozen 1/2 cup green beans2 cups frozen pinto beans1/2 cup soy beans, frozen1 cup minute rice, brown1 1/2 serving of orzo veggie chicken pasta dish2 leftover chicken tenders, diced1/4 cup carrots1/4 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflour1/2 cup celery, diced3 cloves garlic, minceddash of Mrs. Dash
Directions
Boil the broth and put in the everything but the minute rice. I had a lot of frozen stuff, so I let it simmer for about 40 minutes. Add the rice and follow the instructions, I let mine simmer for 5 minutes before before removing it to cool. All of my meat had been already cooked, so if your using anything raw you'd want to brown those first in the pot before adding the broth and all the frozen stuff.
