Ingredients
1.5 tbsp Sunflower Oil5 cups sliced Zucchini1 tsp Cumin SeedPinch of Salt1 tsp chili powder1tsp Coriander powder3/4th cup chopped tomatoes1 tsp Ginger1 tsp Garlic
Directions
Heat Oil in pan, once hot, add cumin seeds (they will pop)
Then add Ginger and Garlic
Saute and add Zucchini
Cook Zucchini for 3 mins, cover and let cook for additional 7 mins (or till Zucchini is almost cooked)
Add chopped tomatoes and the spices.
Let cook for additional 10 mins.
