Ingredients
*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cupBaking Soda, .25 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Banana, fresh mashed, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)Kirkland Organic Plain Soy Milk, 1 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp *Heinz Distilled White Vinegar, .3 tbsp *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Add the vinegar to soy milk and let stand for 5 minutes. Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl. Stir in mashed bananas, oil, and vanilla into soy and vinegar mixture. Add wet mixture to dry and stir until incorporated. Do not over mix. Spoon onto lightly oiled griddle or pan over medium heat. Cook on one side until bubbles form then flip.
