TANDOORI CHICKEN

Ingredients
50 gms - Chopped onions30gms - Mushrooms sliced30gms - Green bell peppers sliced30gms - Red bell peppers sliced114gms/ 4ozs - chicken thigh boneless/skinless2 tbs - extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Chop onions, green pepper, red peppers and onions. sautee in 2 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil. Cut chicken thigh into strips and add to sauteed vegetables allow simmer for 5 mins add 2 tbs of Patak tandoori paste and allow to simmer for another 5 mins. It can be served with rice,
