Pork Tenderloin, 36 oz *flour self rising, 0.25 cup *Chicken Stock, Swanson, 1 cup olive oil 3 tbls.
coat tenderloin with flour, salt, and pepper. heat olive oil in baking skillet (or roaster) brown all sides of meat. remove from heat. add chicken stock and cover with lid. roast in 350 degree oven for approx. 2 hrs.
