Ingredients
1 Trader Joe's Garlic Noodle Bowl (eat only half)1 serving frozen Normandy vegetables (can use any)1 Large Hard-boiled egg**adding meat is optional, I have used shrimp and chicken
Directions
The garlic noodle bowl cooks for about 3-3:30 minutes in the microwave. If the veggies are frozen, zap them for about 45 seconds also. Boil up your eggs ahead of time, chop it up when other items are done cooking and voila! An easy, healthy lunch-time meal.
