1 Potato1 ear Sweet Corn1 fresh beetroot1/2 celery stick1 onion1 Leek4 cheery tomatos1 cup red lentils2 cups of waterSeasoning
Directions

Very filling! Great to have as a snack or a dip when you're on the go.
