Ingredients
1 C Onion1 C Red Bell pepper1 TB olive oil1/4 C Tomato Paste1 can 14.5 oz Tomato sauce3 can Stewed Tomato1/2 C Chicken Broth1 TB Oregano1 TB minced garlic
Directions
In sauce pan add Olive Oil
Cook Onions until soft
Add Bell Pepper cook for 3 min
Add Tomato Paste cook until slightly caramelized
Add Chicken Broth cook additional min
Add Stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce
Simmer for at least 30 - 45 min
