Banana Pudding (almond milk)

2- 5 oz. boxes of instant vanilla pudding4 cups cold almond milk8 oz. thawed Cool Whip8 oz. light sour cream4 bananas, peeled and sliced thin1 box of vanilla wafersHeavy dash of ground cinnamon
In a large bowl, stir pudding mix and milk together, once blended gently fold in sour cream and Cool Whip; add a heavy dash of cinnamon
Using 9 x 12 cake pan, layer wafers on the bottom, follow with a layer of sliced bananas, and layer with ½ bowl of pudding; repeat once more. Top off the dessert with crumbled wafers
You can serve immediately or chill overnight to blend flavor and soften cookies!
