Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. Top round (London Broil) steak - 1" thick1 8 oz. pkg presliced fresh mushrooms1 Cup Chopped onion1 tbsp parlsey (dried) 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard3/4 tsp. Lite Salt1/2 tsp dried dill1/2 tsp Black Pepper3 Garlic cloves1/3 cup Flour1 8 oz. pkg Light Sour Cream3 Cups Hot Cooked medium Egg Noodles (6 oz. uncooked w/o salt
Directions
Trim Fat: cut steak diagonally into 1/4 in. slices. Place steak, mushrooms & next 7 ingredients in a 3 qt. slow cooker - stir well. Place Flour in a small bowl: gradually add broth & whisk until blended. Add broth to slow cooker; stir well. Cover w/lid. Cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce to low for 7 to 8 hours. Turn slow cooker off; remove lid. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir in sour Cream. Serve over noodles. Add asparagus or small salad.
