Zucchini and Mushroom Omelet

Ingredients

Directions
Saute onions and mushrooms for 1 minute, then add zucchini and garlic for 1 mins. Take out of pan.

Beat eggs and add to hot pan, stir for 10 seconds, flatten out eggs, add filling and cheese.
