Slow Cooker Tex-mex Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2-3 skinless, boneless chickens (about 13 ounces1 can black beans1 can Niblet corn1 jar Pace chunky salsataco seasoning1 cup green beans1 cup sliced bell pepper1 medium onion, diced1 cup shredded carrots1 can fat free chicken broth
Directions
Dust the chicken in taco seasoning. Place in slow cooker.
Add all other ingredients
cook for 6-8 hours
When done, shred the chicken and mix.

Low fat sour cream may be added. Not included in nutritional info
Good over rice or in a salad to make a chicken taco salad
