This was great! Great taste. My pork was a little tough (I cooked it for 40 minutes). I wonder if I marinate it in it if it would be more tender... - 12/8/09

The pork chops were dry (my fault) but the recipie itself lacked flavor. - 7/3/08

My whole family liked it very much. I used diet pepsi but think that using rootbeer or dr. pepper next time would be good too. - 6/10/08

Very good, My husband described it as a cross between pork chops and meatloaf based on the flavor. Next time I will use less ketchup, but overall we loved it. - 6/2/08

I actually used barbecue sauce and mango soda. More sodium and calories in sauce but fewer in the soda (I think). I'll try it this way one day. - 4/21/08

I love the sauce. I am not good at making pork chops so they were a little dry. I am going to try it again. - 4/3/08

Very good! My 2-year old ate an entire pork chop plus a few bites of another -- and he never eats more than about half normally! I think I might just try it with root beer once (my husband said that might be good). And this was SO easy and quick to prep -- a real winner! - 3/9/08

I think my brown sugar was too much (I just guestimated), but this was great! The only change I made was to sprinkle the chops with garlic (gotta do it!).

Served with the JGG's Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans with Rosemary Butter Sauce and applesauce. - 8/31/12
