Ingredients
340 gram container firm tofu1/2 tsp salt2 tsp coriander1 tsp cumin1/2 tsp paprikapinch cinnamon1 garlic clove, minced1 tbsp dried parsley2 tbsp flax mealveg oil
Directions
in food processor, combine everything and pulse till it holds shape.

then using a tbsp measure, spoon out onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze.

when ready, defrost and pan fry in veg oil.
