Grilled Red Peppers

Ingredients
Red PepperItalian Dressing
Directions
Core 1 medium size red pepper.
Slice into 8-12 strips
Place in bowl with Italian dressing or dressing of your choice.
Marinate for 20-30 minutes
Place on hot grill and let cook. It's ok to let them get charred on the skin side as you will probably peel the skin off.
Toss back into the bowl with remaining dressing.
Serve alone or over salad or anything.
