Low Sodium Quick Chicken Stir fry (from Frozen)

Chicken, rice, bagged stir-fry mix, 2 egg whites, Pam, Bolthouse Farms Asian Ginger Vinaigrette dressing
Make 2 cups rice according to given directions
Fry egg whites on high with Pam mix in rice, set aside
Cut chicken into one inch cubes and fry in Pam over medium high heat until starting to brown, remove
Add a bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables and cook for five minutes
Add in dressing and cook covered for another three minutes
Add back in chicken and rice and cook for a couple more minutes
Serving Size: Makes 4 equal servings
