It would be nice if with each recipe instead of 8 servicing, how about the size of serving.

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious! I used an Italian sausage from HEB (made from ground chicken with spinach, feta) and 5 cloves of garlic minced. It's in my recipe book as a keeper! - 2/25/11

This was DELICIOUS! So hearty and son doesn't even like soup but he LOVED this! I added a cup of chopped onion just because I had some that I wanted to use up. - 10/7/09
    Scrumptious. Sausage isn't always evil! - 2/3/09

I also would like to see the recipes have serving sizes. Not just amount of serving. - 4/26/16
This recipe was very good, the only thing I did differently was add some small sea shell noodles. Very tasty! - 2/12/16

This is a really good, hearty soup. Perfect on those cold, wintry days! And what's even better is that it's so, so quick to make. I threw in fresh spinach because I had it. - 1/15/12
My husband loved this soup. Knowing me, I probably added more garlic and and some onions! - 12/17/11

This soup is AMAZING!!!! I served it with italian chicken sausage and it was delicious. Thanks for a great recipe, will make again. - 1/12/11
Very good. Yes, much like italian wedding soup without the little plasta. You have to like spinach and cooked tomatoes, so DH wouldn't try it. But I really liked it. Good thing, since I'll be taking leftivers to work! - 12/30/10
I love this recipe! I have made it a few times! I use Italian turkey sausage in place of the pork. - 1/20/10
I have all the ingredients to make this tomorrow night. Looks great. Thanks for the recipe. - 12/26/09
