California Vegetable Gratin (low carb)

Ingredients
1 16 oz bag California vegetable mix (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots)3/4 c. mayonnaise4 oz shredded cheddar cheese1/3 c. grated parmesean cheese1/3 tsp cayenne peppersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Layer in bottom of 8x8 dish. In a small bowl mix all other ingredients. Smooth over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until browned on top.
