Sweet Potato Bread (healthier version)

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour1/2 tsp baking power2 tsp baking soda2 tsp cinnamon1 stick of salted butter (at room temperature)3/4 cup white sugar3/4 cup packed light brown sugar4 large eggs2 15 oz cans sweet potatoes (drained)2/3 cups water
Sift dry ingredients together. Cream butter, sugar and add eggs one at a time, beating well. Add sweet potatoes, water, and add dry ingredients until well blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes in a greased and floured loaf pans. (makes 2 loaves)
