English Pea Salad

Ingredients
1 10 oz bag frozen green peas cooked and drained1 med onion, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces1 yellow pepper chopped, 1/2 inch peachesVinegrette Dressing1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/8 cup Stevia in the raw1/2 flavor packet from ramen noodles (Oriental or Chicken)3 Tbs Cap't D's malt vinegargenerous dash garlic powderdash of salt1/8 tsp pure orange extract
Directions
Cook peas til done, drain and set aside to cool. Chop onion and green pepper add to cooled peas. For vinegrette dressing put dry ingrecients in bowl, add malt vinegar, stir with wire whip until dry ingredients are dissolved add oil oil. Pour in closed glass container, shake well and pour over English peas, oinon and pepper. Can be eaten now but it's better if it sits in refrigerator for several hours before serving.
