Top Round Pork Roast Slow Cooker

Ingredients
3.5 lb Top Round Pork Roast8 Small Carrots, cut into 1/2 inch pieces8 Medium Potatoes, cubed1 Medium Onion, chopped1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Cumin, ground1/2 Cup Water
Directions
1. In slow cooker, layer carrots, potatoes, and onions. Add water.

2. Sprinkle and rub Roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Put in slow cooker on top of vegetables.

3. Turn slow cooker to high heat and cook for 4 hours.
