Teriyaki tofu(from biggest loser cookbook)

Ingredients
Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 12 oz pkg.green oinions, 3Garlic, minced, 1 tsp Ginger Root, minced, 1 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, .5 t.Sesame Oil, .25 1tsp Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped lite Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbsp Couscous, 4 cup, cooked
Directions
nonstick skillet over high heat until hot to make water dance. Remove pan and spray with cooking spray.add tofu, onions, garlic, ginger, and oils for 3 minutes. add broccoli. cook stirring frequently for about 12 minutes, until tofu is brownrd on all sides. stir in teriyaki. season with red pepper flakes. cook 30-60 seconds, or until sauce thickens slightley. serve over cooked couscous immediately.
