Watermelon "Cake"

Ingredients
WatermelonLight Cool Whip
Directions
Cut the watermelon in the shape of a cake (round or square, whatever your preference).
Place in freezer for about 30 minutes - just until it is cooler and slightly "crispy" (this is what makes it great for a hot summer day)!
Remove from freezer and spread cool whip over the watermelon for frosting.
Serve and enjoy!
(feel free to decorate with berries to make it even more tasty)!

    My son makes this all the time. They eat paleo so he uses real whipped cream rather than cool whip. Decorates with any berry, sliced kiwi, mandarin orange slices and toasted coconut. Wonderful - 8/5/16
