Apple-Bran Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups diced apples2 cups oat flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda2 tsp baking powder1 t salt1 c sugar1/2 c shortening2/3 c milk1 t vanilla1 eggTopping: 2 T butter2 T flour1 t cinnamon1 c brown sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F
Prepare apples and set aside. IN bowl, beat sugar, shortening and egg. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. (Batter will be thicker.) Stir in apples. Spread in a 9x13" pan, or two pie pans. (ungreased)
Topping:"
Mix all ingredients together with fingers and crumble over top of cake. Bake at 375 for 30 min or until golden brown.
