Ingredients
8 oz kefir (1 % lowfat).5 cup frozen blackberries (or other berries)1 tbsp flax seed oil2 scoops (1 serving) Kashi golean energy protein/fiber mix2 tsp benefiber1 packet Emergen-C (lite citrus flavor) energy boost 1 small banana
Directions
Just add everything into a blender/smoothie maker, puree/liquify and its done! Balanced breakfast with protein and fiber to last you through the morning (or for a snack later). YUMMY!!
