Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients
16 oz lean ground turkey1tbsp cumin1 tsp chili powder1/4 cup water1tbsp chopped onion8 cups/ 1 head lettuce4 cups/ 1 package baby spinach leaves1-2 medium tomato1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheese
Directions
Heat 1/4 cup water on stove in skillet. Mix ground turkey with cumin, onion, chili powder in serape bowl. Add meat mixture to water and stir until cooked.
Add all salad ingredients to large bowl. Add meat mixture and cheese. Pour 8 tablespoons of protein rich mexi- ranch dressing (listed separately) and mix thoroughly.
