2 cups self raising flour1 cup caster sugar2 eggs1 cup milk1/3 cup vegetable oil1/2 cup chopped strawberries20 almonds, choppedcoconut to sprinkle
Directions
Combine ingredients. Divide among muffin tin. Bake 25 minutes in 200C oven.
