Ingredients
1 cup oat bran1 cup ground flaxseed1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup brown sugar slightly packed1 cup chopped walnuts1 tbsp good cinnamon (Vietnamese) 1 tsp ginger1/2 nutmeg2 tsp baking soda1 teas salt1 teas baking powder1/2 teas cayenne pepper (opt)2 large tart apples1 1/2 cup frozen spinach2 servings jillian michaels Whey Protein 3 eggs1/2 cup sour cream1/4 cup nonfat milk1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
mix together dry ingredients and spices. Mix in chopped apples and frozen spinach. In separate bowl combine eggs, sour cream, milk and oil. Mix into the dry ingredients and spoon into greased muffin pans. Bake at 350
