Asian Lettuce Wraps

1/2 pound lean ground beef2 tablespoons mango pineapple teriyaki glaze5 medium mushrooms, chopped1 1/2 cups mung bean sprouts2 cup snow peas1/2 bunch of broccoli, chopped2 large spring onions, bulbs and tops sliced3/4 cup brown rice4 lettuce leaves
1. Cook rice according to package directions.
2. Mix ground beef, teriyaki sauce, and mushrooms. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3. Cook beef mixture on medium high heat, stirring frequently until cooked (about 5 minutes).
4. Add broccoli, bean sprouts, and peas. Cook until desired doneness (about 5 minutes).
5. Serve beef and vegetable mixture with rice and onion slices in lettuce leaves.
Serving Size: Makes 2 servings of 4 lettuce wraps
