3/4 cup onion, chopped1 package of Light Life Smart Strips Chick'n style1 bag Success Boil in a bag brown rice1 TBSP oil
Boil the bag of rice according to instructions on box (Fill up pot with about a quart of water, submerge bag, bring to boil and boil for 8-10 minutes)
While rice is cooking chop onion and place in pan with oil. Sautee adding the chick'n strips. Cook until done.
Combine with rice and enjoy!
