Maple Cinnamon Granola from scratch

Ingredients
4 cups oats1 cup sliced almonds1/4 cup brown sugar1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon3/4 Tbsp cocoa (optional, or increase amount)1/2 cup real Maple Syrup2 Tbsp canola oil (or other vegetable oil)1/3 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients together.
Add the maple syrup and oil; mix thoroughly.
Spread out onto greased cookie sheet or deeper flat-bottomed pan.
Bake 25-35 min stirring at 15 min mark. It will be done when it's golden brown and when you can smell it!
Fold in raisins and allow to cool before putting into airtight container.
