Ingredients
1/4 avocado, peeled85 grams (1/4 carton) lite silken tofu1/2 cup papaya cubes (frozen if making "ice cream")zest and juice of 1/2 lime1 T Torani sugar-free coconut syrup2 4-gr packages XyloSweet or other sweetener to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender (a strong one like Vitamax if using frozen papaya) and turn up high for a few minutes. You might need to tamp ingredients down to get it all blended until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving, easily multiplies for more
