Ingredients
egg white, fresh, 1 large Carrots, raw, .25 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Shred 1/4 of a large carrot and mix with egg white.
Scramble and fry on 1 \teaspoon of olive oil.
Add dash of salt for taste.
