Potato Salad (Swiss)

Ingredients
8 hard-boiled eggs6 large radishes5 large potatoes5 tbsp mayo light5 green onions1 tsp paprika6 dashes each of salt and pepper
Directions
Boil potatoes for 30 min., boil eggs for 12 min. (best if boil eggs earlier to let cool off in fridge for a while). Cut potatoes into slices and halves, same with eggs, chop green onions, slice radishes. Put all above into very large bowl, then add mayo light, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix all together well, then put in fridge for an hour or so to cool off, unless you're starving then eat right away!
