Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt5 Tbsp. buttermilk powder2 eggs, separated1/2 cup salad oil1 1/4 cup water
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients. Thoroughly mix egg yolks, oil, and water. Blend with dry ingredients. Stiffly beat egg whites. Fold into batter. Bake on a preheated waffle iron.

Serving Size: Makes 6 5x10-inch waffles (using 1 cup of batter)
