Vegan Soup

Ingredients

Directions
1.Chop all the veggies, apart from 2 potatoes and boil in plenty of water.
2.When ready, remove from the pot the 2 unchopped potatoes together with one scoop of broth and put it in the blender.
3. If you want, add the onion too.
4.Put them back in the pot and let it come to a boil.
5.READY!:)
