*Potato, peeled & boiled, 32 oz , diced *Hard boiled Egg Grade A Large (1 Egg), 5 eggs *Classic Yellow Mustard, French's, 3 tsp Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 8 tbsp Sweet Pickles, 3 large Gherkin (3" long), diced *Sweet Pickle Juice, .25 cup *salt, table, 1 tsp *(V) Onion, raw, 5 oz , diced
Wash potatoes. Boil till tender, peel and dice. Hardboil eggs. Shell and dice. Mince onion and sweet pickle. Mix mustard, Miracle whip, Sweet Pickle Juice and salt together. Add diced potatoes, eggs, onion, and pickle. Chill.
