1 tbsp maple syrup4 tbsp pumpkin puree2 tsp pumpkin pie spice½ cup vanilla soy yogurt2/3 cup vanilla soy milk½ tbsp whole-berry cranberry sauce
Add all ingredients except cranberry sauce to a blender.
Blend until thoroughly combined.
Pour into a tall glass.
Stir cranberry sauce through smoothie.
