Turkey & Vegetable Fried Rice

I used 200g turkey mince with calorific value of 266cals the equivalent to what i could find on the spark you see above. You may find lower cal of your own and sub to suit.200g turkey mince 1 carrot chopped thinly1/2 head brocolli7 mushroomsrice ( again i used eqivalent of 410 calories my type of rice)
Season all below to taste with salt/pepper/ garlic & herbs
( i use a lot of garlic & basil in mine)
Put rice on to boil / cook for 10-30 minutes ( depends on your type of rice)
Steam -cut then steam carrots, broccoli, mushrooms 9 as you liek them
Fry turkey mince using 1cal spray then add all above ingredients and stir.
Serving Size: Serves Two - or lunch & dinner for me :)
