Ingredients
15 oz Black Beans15 oz Pureed Pumpkin1 head garlic, toasted1 onion, chopped1 carrot, chopped2 c. vegetable stockSpices-you can use curry, cumin, peppers ect.
Directions
Puree half of the black beans and add them to the rest of the ingredients. Cook till flavors are melded.
