Homemade Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
2 Cooked skinless, boneless chicken breast, small diceMango peach salsaGuacamole (or avocado slices)Chopped red onionsHalved cherry tomatosShredded sharp cheddar cheese4 flour tortillas
Directions
Warm chopped chicken in microwave just for a minute or less
Warm tortillas over gas burner or on barbeque grill
Assemble tacos with listed ingredients as desired
Yum!
These can also be made as quesadillas - instead of warming the tortillas, divide 1st 6 ingredients and carefully place tortillas and heat over gas or charcoal grill with the lid closed for just a bit, watching carefully unless you like scorched tortillas!
