Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 cup nonfat plain yogurt1 onion, diced1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions
Brown ground turkey, garlic and onion. Drain. Add salt and cream of mushroom soup. Heat through. Then add yogurt and heat through. Serve over noodles.
